Senior Agile & Product Coach (f/h/d)

• Enable customer-focused value delivery: Empower Value Streams, Digital Product Teams and leaders to maximize customer and business value, shorten time-to-market and continuously improve through Lean, product-centric and AI-enabled ways of working
• Improve flow and delivery performance: Help Value Streams improve Lead Time, Cycle Time, Flow Efficiency, Throughput, Dependency Management and Time-to-Market by making work and outcomes transparent, identifying systemic bottlenecks and reducing organizational friction
• Strengthen product capabilities: Coach and mentor Product Owners, Business Owners, Product Managers, Leadership Teams, Scrum Masters, Team Coaches and emerging Agile Coaches in outcome-based planning, product strategy, product discovery, customer-centricity, value hypotheses and Product Operating Models
• Build sustainable practices and communities: Establish and grow Communities of Practice, shared standards, practical playbooks and reusable approaches that strengthen collaboration and continuously improve product and Lean-Agile capabilities across the organization
• Advance AI-enabled ways of working: Drive the pragmatic adoption of Generative AI and AI-assisted ways of working to simplify Lean-Agile and product practices, improve collaboration and decision-making, and reduce administrative effort
• Create lasting organizational capability: Increase organizational self-sufficiency by enabling teams and leaders to solve problems, adapt their ways of working and continuously improve without long-term dependency on external consulting

• Education & experience: Degree in Business, IT or Organizational Development; several years as Agile Coach, Product Coach or Transformation Lead
• Lean-Agile & SAFe expertise: Deep, pragmatic knowledge of SAFe, Lean-Agile principles and Systems Thinking
• Product & customer focus: Experience in product-led organizations, coaching product roles in outcome-based and customer-centric approaches
• Coaching & facilitation: Skilled at influencing teams and leaders at all levels — empathetic, pragmatic and autonomous
• AI knowledge: Practical understanding of Generative AI; Microsoft Copilot and Atlassian Rovo experience is a plus
• Languages: Fluent in German or French; good English required. Both is an advantage.
