Product Owner Digital Platform (w/m/d)

Own the product backlog and day-to-day operations of the Lifestage platform for professional/business customers, acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders, the Scrum team, and business users.

Temporary, fixed-term, 100% - handover 1 Oct - Nov 2026, sole ownership from Dec 2026 to May 2027. Highly likely extension or conversion to a permanent role.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating customer and business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, as the central point of contact for requests, priorities, and approvals
• Plan and run product sprints together with the development team
• Support broader planning where the platform roadmap intersects with other products and projects
• Coordinate testing, translation, and delivery with the Scrum team (Dev, Design, QA/Support) and Sales, including feature releases and customer-facing go-live communication
• Drive user-centered product development by planning and facilitating User Labs, validating requirements with customers, and incorporating feedback into the product roadmap.
• Create user guides, documentation, and product updates to onboard and enable customers and the team
• Act as deputy Product Owner for other agile teams as needed (holiday coverage)

• 4+ years' experience as Product Owner / Product Manager, ideally in healthcare or e-commerce
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or equivalent tools is an asset. Experience with Figma is beneficial but not essential
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable defining clear ownership and process boundaries
• Able to work independently with a structured, transparent communication style
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written) — daily stakeholder, customer, and team communication
